The assault resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were alerted at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
